Police officers are looking for possible witnesses to a car accident which took place near Malt House Farm in the early afternoon of Friday the 26th September.
A 28-year-old woman driving a blue Ford Fiesta saloon on the B4116 was thrown from her vehicle after an unexplained accident caused her car to get off the road. The local woman was driving alone back from Coleshill towards Atherstone, when close to Malt House Farm her car left the road for an unknown reason. She was left with fatal injuries to be later pronounced dead on scene.
The Police is investigating possible reasons for the accident. The main officer in the case, Simon Marchetti of the Rugby police station, is currently looking for possible witnesses to the car crash or any sightings of the car prior to the accident on B4116.
