Final presentation included three media artefacts that aim to investigate how news change in the different genres. Through operating with the news story about Princess Diana's death, developing it further and adding a fabricated conspiracy theory, we analysed how journalism as a genre has changed through time and with the existence of social media, film and other news outlets change the linear path journalism used to follow in the path and have transformed news into an interactive platform, that ultimately influences the way news works. Additionally, we investigated how a news story not only changes its way of delivery through the different outlets, but essentially builds onto itself and expands, as each following individual or organisation researches further into the subject and thus the news story becomes more detailed after coming out of this whole process.
